Together we urged lawmakers to support <a href="http://seiu2004.org/ab1164/">AB 1164</a>, the bill that would  allow us to come together with a united voice and work with the state to improve  child care.</p><p> </p> <p>Providers in other states who&#8217;ve formed unions have improved training  opportunities and incentives, reduced costs for parents, and won affordable  health insurance so providers can stay in the profession and deliver the  reliable services our communities depend on. With a united voice, we can do the  same for kids, parents, and providers in California.<br />&nbsp;</p>
